ÖZEL BOĞAZİÇİ YABANCI DİLLER KURSU

Özel Boğaziçi School of Foreign Languages has been on the market with its quality courses since 1985. Its founders are faculty who have had long teaching experience at Bosphorus University, Middle East Technical University and Robert College. Özel Boğaziçi teaching staff consists of highly qualified and certified teachers of English from Turkey and foreign (English-speaking) countries, who work under supervision of Director of Studies. Our curriculum has been carefully devised to follow modern theories of language teaching emphasizing on Communicative Approach, in addition to functional-notional, audio-visual methods and techniques using supplementary materials, CD’s, overhead projectors. Our services in language teaching are as follows:

- English Language Courses featuring General English; Business English; English for Specific Purposes; Tourism, Hotel and Catering in English; Banking; Preparation for tests like Proficiency, IELTS; TOEFL-TOEIC;
- Foreign Language Courses other than English: German and Turkish for Foreigners;
- Preparing and Administering specialized Professional Testing.

Instruction for language courses is offered either at our center at Mecidiyeköy, or at the client’s office grounds, in groups or one-to-one classes. For the upkeep of quality and high standards of our services we have set up a procedure where the teacher submits a monthly report to the school, regarding the application of the syllabus and client’s progress. In addition to teacher’s own quizzes and book tests there is a final test at the end of each level which evaluates student’s achievement and attainment. Student’s daily attendance and test results are reported monthly to the firm. Our references are available upon request.

TURKISH FOR FOREIGNERS
We are a private language school established in 1985. We offer courses for businessmen and their family members in English, German and Turkish as a foreign language. Our Turkish teachers are highly qualified and they have got teacher’s certificate for teaching a foreign language. The courses are held as group or private classes at 4 different levels: beginners, pre-intermediate, intermediate and upper intermediate.Our references from companies we have worked with are available upon request.
